1983 1984 ATC250R Tool Box

THE SUPER HEAVY DUTY model is my recommendation for riders. This one is nearly indestructible. Made from TPU (polyurethane), known for its super high impact resistance, chemical resistance, and flexibility. It is 4mm thick and has a huge radius on each of the lower mounting tabs for added durability. The interior capacity is slightly diminished over oem, but still holds a tool kit. (Includes full hardware kit)

THE HEAVY DUTY model is second best for durability. Everything is the same as the super heavy duty model, except this is made from a more brittle/ weaker material; PETG. Still durable and gets the job done for most riders. But nowhere near as tough as the TPU model. (includes full hardware kit)

OEM Replica is a near identical replica to the OEM 83-84 atc 250r tool box. This is made from PETG which still has great chemical resistance and impact resistance but has reduced flexibility. This model has 2.5mm walls, and all the original features that the OEM has. However is more fragile than the heavy duty model. This model is for those OEM builds that want the nice replica look at the sacrifice of strength. (Includes full hardware kit)

OEM Replica (oem mounts only) refers to the upper slots at the top of the tool box. On this model they are 12mm wide, designed to be used with the oem clip mounts, not my included hardware. (Includes wing bolts and washers only)

Full Hardware kits include: 2 upper mounting tabs, 2 M5 flanged button head screws, 2 M5 nylon lock nuts, 2 M6 stainless washers, and 2 M6 wing bolts. 

Note: These only work with OEM FENDERS currently. I will be working on a model for Maier fenders soon.

Quality Note: These are 3d printed parts, minor imperfections and surface quality differences between items are expected.

Installation note: The provided upper mounting tabs may need adjusted with needle nose pliers to get a perfect fit in the top slots.
